It Is Never Too Late To Do Pilates
Regardless of your age, overall strength or level of flexibility, you can do Pilates.
Your positive Pilates experience is our priority. That is why we recommend that you begin with private lessons.
You can choose full sessions or 30-minute options. You can also bring a friend, a spouse or a significant other for a duet session.
Make a commitment and be consistent. It is the consistency that will allow you to fully enjoy all of the benefits that the
Pilates method has to offer.
Once you become proficient in the Pilates methodology, you may choose to continue your private instructions or take our small (up to 5 clients) group classes or combine both.
To help you further succeed, we will make every effort to provide you with enough instructions and tools so that you will be able to practice Pilates at home or while traveling.
