Pilates method is a body awarness technique practicing which will improve the quality of your life.
Therefore, it is intended to be introduced to you in a one-on-one setting with a teacher who guides you though the movements making sure that you perform them with outmost benefit to you and in a safe envirnment. In a private lesson you will learn how your body responds to movement, on the mat as well as on the Pilates apparatus.
You will learn how to combine movement and breathing for best results.
You can choose full sessions or 30-minute options. You can also bring a friend, a spouse or a significant other for a duet session.

Once you become proficient in your Pilates practice you may choose to continue your private instructions or take our small (up to 4 clients) group classes or combine both.
To fully enjoy all of the benefits that the Pilates method has to offer, make a commitment and be consistent. Practicing Pilates minimum twice a week, bot at the studio and at home brings optimal results. Especially when you first start learning this one of a kind method of movement.
